What counts as a user?
Every person with their own access to Slive, whichever Hubs they use. Points of sale, locations and legal entities are unlimited and are not charged separately.Why is the minimum 3 users?
The offer starts at 3 users: below that it cannot be bought, and the smallest charge is that many times your cycle rate.What changes between monthly and annual?
Only the rate per user. The annual contract has its own price, 33% lower; it is not a discount worked out from the monthly one.What are Astro credits?
They are spent when Astro Slive and the automations do the work. Credits and storage are an organisation-wide pool, not per user, and are topped up with the packs above.Are extras billed separately?
No. They follow the same billing cycle as your contract and arrive on the same invoice.What is not in the per-user price?
